Suggestion, MCM with his buddies & cronies could exit to off-shore location for spin-off enity from Intel. Condition, has to repay the $25 million in USD.
He will stay and populate the MCM with his buddies & cronies. He has nowhere to go, no one will hire him after his fiasco at Intel, which cannot be hidden for long. His failures at QC are now public knowledge. His high expense buddy hires from QC are all failures and unable to deliver. MA & CC are clueless about chipset deliveries and have proposed the first tapeout to be the final customer chipset 😁😀😀😀😀. Thats some engineering backgroud 😀😀😀😀

Of course he'll stay as long as he can. Who is going to hire a known failure at Q ?
He will be the next one to lead this company otherwise there's no way he can continue here.
Whether he stays or not, the board or new CEO will continue hiring the carpet baggers as they have done recently.. That's reality.
What a waste of $25 million!
