Killing cheap-shoring will require more WFRs and finding more graduates to join the sinking ship. An impossible dream nevertheless.
The sooner they remove off shoring the better in my opinion.
Constantly issues with offshore teams not testing upgrades and patches in a representative environment, causing, hours of time from onshore teams to debug.
The best destination for ML and his HR GF are 2 x 1 way tickets to Mars.

I doubt DXC have any clue as to a long-term strategy. It's all short-termism and reactive management. They open a place, recruit; then close a place and downsize; they try something cheaper; they change operating models; they don't have a process, so that's not an example I can use; they change mgmt; they change services.
Seriously, the leadership don't have an effing clue what they're doing. The only thing they did right was Mr Tracey replacing Lotus notes with O365 and that's about as radical as DXC can ever got!
They just need to close the company, because its seriously losing more than its making. They've slowed it slightly but without any leadership, I am afraid the thing will be broken-up and sold off. It is just taking its time to die.
other countries please kick, bar and close dxc altogether. just let it run to hell in india!
