What was the kicker during the last offer?
Heard it was a 50k kicker + normal severance. Highly expect a mandatory one since this veep is not as attractive as the previous one. If the offers were the same for each group, 50 and above + grade x and below, I think the parking lot would be empty in a couple of months. With the exception of those new grads.
Anyone know the package for VEEP?

Know of two groups. Offering two different requirements. 55 and up and 50 and up. One dang near any grade. The other only a couple of grades. Usually involuntary is next.
