I don’t know who could do this. Agree that whoever it is will need to come in and purge / change the culture in order to “fix” things. That’s a tough job as there has already been a massive culture change over the last couple of years following ACT and BK and Bob Swan. So who can step into that mess and fix it when it’s already in the sh-- tank with astronmical turnover,inability to meet commitments and deliver on product roadmaps, up or out mentality across grade3-8 level employees, low morale, dysfunctional team dynamics, lacking trust and transparency across the company, poor core value system including lacking ethics/tone at the top and several disfunctional departments including HR?
