If Sears doesn't pay you, everyone should make a post about it on social media. I'm sure it'll go viral and the major news networks will catch on to it and put Sears on the spot.
So what choices will Sears have when it won't be able to make payroll next week? Will everyone continue to work for them?
He doesn't have a choice if the deal (Kenmore and other asset sales) is not done there won't be enough liquidity to cover the cash burn.
Death is also a transition.

@OP - We understand, bankruptcy is to be referred to as a transformation . Sort of like referring to employees as associates and referring to customers as members. It makes things sound so much more dignified refined. We're all aware of how hoity-toity Eddie is!
