WoW! One would think IBM Mgmt. would want to keep a IBMer as far away as possible from there clients with all the negativity employers are saying about a ONCE great company which appears to be using the GE model. .. ie Drive this company into the Financial Abyss ASAP. I think Ginny needs some help as she seems to be leveling out and not driving the numbers down fast enough. I'm sure the board has someone in mind who can accomplish this task. It took the Watson's numerous years to build IBM into a what it once was and just a couple of CEO to destroy it!

Would be nice to know what roles and divisions. I suspect it's services, labs or back office and not S&D for example.

It does not work, play the game for about 3-6 months then everyone will be working from home again. As a matter of fact many of the managers here in the US are telling their people that work from home to go by the office a couple times a week to "badge in" to make it look like they are working there. I don't understand the need to cover it up, guess the managers are trying to cover their backsides. What a joke.
