Maybe wall street doesn't have a min/max and take 2 weeks foe approvals to adjust our stock price. Our transformation processes are making us slower and less likely fo continue business. Without inventory whay can we sell???? Oops I'm over my max on words, gotta go!

At the end of the day, money talks...bulls..t walks, and Weatherford aint making the money/revenue. People will look back on Weatherford as a prime example of how not to run a business.

As ex Weatherford myself, its a shame watching the old girl go through her death e throes, some good people there (operarional) and i had some good times.

It’s just a bunch of smoke because the numbers don’t lie and reflect how bad things are. 2018 ytd operating income is $65M before interest on debt of $300M and other expenses. The whole doubling or quadrupling EBITDA stuff isn’t going to cut it and they know it as the depreciation they add back is misleading. They need to improve operating income by 5x-6x and today, not 2yrs from now to generate cash and survive. They absolutely know this, they aren’t necessarily dumb, they are just too late in saving a company that unfortunately can’t be saved at this point. They just need to accept it and move on which is better for everyone....except them.

I remember now, they are working that High School math ——- two negatives make a positive.

CEO puts out news release to say 2018 EBITDA with be nearly double last year’s. So that’s going from a negative number to a higher negative number? How would he think that would help the stock?

There’s something bubbling in this here sh-- pot. CEO ran out to make a comment to Reuters as the stock approaches all time low for second time this year. Brace for impact.

Barely higher than JC Penney. Just a month ago they traded at 2.30. Tough for large companies to recover from such low points without drastic change. It's been eerily quiet lately.

Not sure what we would do without these constant stock price updates. Ya know, we ARE capable of getting a stock quote on the interwebz.

Would guess he is selling out prior to announcing he is departing / being removed from the board as it would affect the stock potentially.

Would welcome some new blood on the board however at this point it is a bit to late for anything to save this company. Will be a text book lesson in the future how not to grow/run a company, a lot of failings on a lot of folks part here.

Macaulay is not the CEO, he's a long standing Director that had a lot of influence over the years watching this company get to where it is today. All of these old directors need to go. Pitiful job for the share holders of this company allowing such bad decisions to go unchallenged for so long. Time for him to leave and let the current management try to salvage what left.
