"Employee rights" is an oxymoron at DXC. When do DXC employees ever have rights? Only ML and his HR GF are right to award themselves big bonuses at the expense of hardworking and decent employees like me.

Agree, if they wanted to accurately portray the situation they would have included a photo of a person caring for an ill parent. However, the site is an "employer rights" site and I suspect their agenda would be to negatively portray the situation as well as imply that FMLA is being used as a rort of the system to take a vacation at the beach. What the "employer rights" site has done is disrespectful, dishonest and unfair. Good to see someone sticking up for their rights, I wish Nora Monaco luck achieving a positive outcome.
