Has anyone heard about people not getting the standard 2 weeks pay per year of service when laid off? I was depends on mangement

I;m not sure they will mess with this. There are some areas already where they have opened up themselves to class action suits. This would be another area that would open up to a class action suit.
It's in employee handbook. They haven't changed it yet. If they do, it would be open for a class action law suit
