@rbi Mass selling at a profit in the open market would collapse the price. This is the only way for many people to sell without decimating the value for most people who want to sell later. 67.50 is great for people who want to free up cash by dumping lowQcomm and buy a real stock instead.
Whoever tendered at 67.50 must have bought lower and wanted to lock in and get out of qcom exposure
Dutch tender offer is capped at 67.5. The pre market is showing 68.8. Then what is the benefit in tendering shares?
