What is a live load?
Latest news they want us to unload trucks as if they are live loads go f--- yourself eddie.
Yeah good luck with that. Especially with minimum staff and most people in corporate don't even know how to unload a truck or know what a live load is.

You must be going to close if your getting more hours.
Never said working. More like getting paid to watch inept management.
Walk across the mall and talk to other retailers. You don't have to change professions. Pretty well guaranteed someone will hire a sales floor or dock person immediately. If the store goes under your unemployment checks will only be a percentage of your earnings.
Then they want us to care!! Really?
Less than 6 hours a week is not a job. Sounds like a hobby or simple pastime. Or my workout schedule. If you are "working" less than 6 hours a week you have the ambition of a sloth. More likely than not, your super substantial free time is spent playing games, getting loaded, or indulging in illegal activities (or a combination of the three). Pull yourself together for God's sake.
Our allotted hours have stayed the same. However, as a Softlines Supervisor, it doesn't matter how many hours we receive because I am not allowed to use them all. We are consistently down 20% in sales each month at my store and have to cut 40-60 hours each week. Even with cuts we are still over in payroll and our DM chews me out during each visit about why I am over staffing. Using only 180 hours to cover the CAC, replenishment, and ads doesn't leave time for much else.
Getting less than 6 hours a week for the last month. I'm not the only one.
Worse. They're giving front line staff a reason to find another job with more hours
