OP is right though, the grads who worked on my account all stuck around for about a year and then went somewhere with a future.

@GDL Mexico office opened like 100 positions all specialist level for the global delivery organization, we were all invited to apply if we want and if that meant a better job level and compensation. Turns out that 98 off of those 100 opened positions were already assigned to contractors who were working already for several years for the company and were supporting some old assets.

So, don't get fooled, those open positions could be granted already to someone else but they have to open the requisitions to follow the HR process.

OP you are well out of it, there maybe 134,999 at the moment, but when ML has finished it will be lots less, maybe even down into the tens of thousands like HPE, then he will walk off into the sunset with his billions, like Whitman et al. Don’t know how these people sleep at night!
