What about the technician in home services? Will they keep going or is home service repair sink too?

Nothing unique about the services or personal in that business line. Anyone can start up without a need to buyout or hire form sears company. Would be more damaging to buy out a business unit attached to Sears name than helpful.
If home services is not sold off then it will go down with everything else. Same with Parts Direct and SHIP.... anything tied directly to Sears will vanish unless it is sold or spun off either pre-bankruptcy or picked up by someone else post-bankruptcy as the corpse of SHLD gets piced clean.
