unrealistic management

many cancellation, layoff, and people was let go in droves and the management in my asian office keep mumbling about homo, g--, les and slavery, human rights, woman right, risky women, do they even know what is going on ? lucky that i am the only asian leading the team with best performance in north asia, why they dont fire all the incompetent half-white, half asian sales manager/directors here, get a life, be realistic, fire those talking without doing anything. this company has so many people who keep talking about what we dont know, and all the heads of all kind of weird stuffs, needs all be gone.

Agree, blatant racism and prejudice, not what the many fantastic people working there stand for. You are most certainly working for the wrong organisation. Go find another that suits your narrow mind, I’m sure they’ll be happy to have you.

Interesting views and choice descriptors for mumbling, seems that you have your own agenda reading between the lines. maybe you can respond with a name to save looking through the hub for a 100% asian team lead in north asia??
