Reading about all of the lay offs this week and wondering if any Lay Offs are anticipated for the West Zone?

Although Claims will be impacted so will all the services needed for claims. So it won't be just claims.
Claims will most likely be impacted. Claim inventories are way down. I suspect management will look to increase average inventory and eliminate staff. I do not believe any department is safe. We are not writing much new business. We cannot continue to rely on renewed business to sustain company.
Will Adjusters be let go as well in Workers Comp?
Property and casualty for sure. Financial lines probably not as much. Back office and middle office most affected since they don’t bring money in.
Any idea which departments will be hit?
The west zone will have lots of RIF's in the near future.
There’s been some in distribution for the west zone. Still not done yet.....
