Pearson dropped the ball (again) on fall BTS. By the time these textbooks arrive in bookstores, students will have found their course materials elsewhere. The bookstores will return the majority of what comes in late and NET sales will be way down. Reps will also be forced on their annual fall apology tour, so good luck selling anything this semester.
You are getting screwed.
You will NOT recover, simple as that. It was hard to see it when I was on the inside, but amazing how as more time passes how clear it has become to me that Pearson is a train wreck in the midst of a slow motion crash. If you can't read the writing on the wall as this point, that's on you.
The same way they do every year. Pick the favorites, make sure they do well. They have ensured NET will kill us this year. I’ve missed so many sales due to BO and all of this will be returned.
How can you calculate bonuses when you can't even calculate sales?

I spend pretty much all day apologizing and getting yelled at. Pearson has abused its salespeople with this TEP nonsense and they really couldn't care less. Developing Leaders and Embracing Change my arse. We're almost a 1/3 thru the year and we're already screwed.
Correct. Stick a fork in us. This means horrible sales not only this year but next.
