All I can do is sit back and laugh. The age of social network crying is at it's peek here. Look in the mirror and ask yourself "when did I become so weak and sensitive?"
When did we spawn this hilarious idea that the owners, board members, presidents, vice presidents, ect actually care what happens to the staff here? Don't lie to yourself, if you sat in one of those big comfy chairs wearing your $1000 suit, you wouldn't care the slightest what happens to someone below you as long as your paycheck clears.
This has been the norm since the beginning of time. If you hate it so much and get "abused", just quit. But no, you are too weak and fragile to do that. Because somewhere the people of Follett believe that their job is forever. Any person at any company can get laid off or fired for no reason. But it seems every Follett employee takes it personal. It's not the suits job to put food on your table and keep a roof over your head.
Wake up and realize you have control over your own life. And maybe you will stop blaming others for what happens.
Everything around us is just shaping a new tomorrow.
