Just got word today that Sears in Dayton, OH and Sears in Beavercreek, OH are closing. The store I worked at in Dayton was supposed to have the inventory counted this week but it was canceled right at the last minute. Our store was one of the top performers out of all that are left. So if the top performering stores are closing, what does this mean for Sears?

Sorry about that. It was a rumor I heard about the Fairfield Common Sears closing. I really hope it doesn’t. I love the auto center there.
I'm concerned about the future of the Dayton Mall, since 2 full size anchors are lost in a short time period.
I know a Ross and a Roomplace are in its future, but still worry about the big empty boxes.
BTW the Fairfield Commons Sears isn't dead yet, though a Roomplace will be replacing the upstairs part of Sears.
Either you're lying or the poor fools don't know it yet.
I called Beaver Creek, OH store and 2 different people said they were NOT closing.
If you really worked there, you'd know this is a long time coming. The Dayton mall has been planning for Sears to leave since at least January of 2017.
