I noticed that a lot of people stopped shopping after the local.kmart.com site went bust. I never understood why we got rid of it since it couldn't have cost much to run. I assume that the local.sears.com one worked similarly.
How would anyone know what memorial city was offering? Sears doesn't advertise anymore!!??

Memorial City is a large store in a very nice area, so that's likely why they're shutting it down. I'm not sure exactly how profitable it is, but it's never super busy any time I've gone. It's always a hassle to find someone to help you and this was one of the stores selling an expanded assortment of electronics/connected home items in Sears' pilot program and it failed horribly.
Memorial City Houston is a BIG profitable store. Way to go Eddie!!!!!
