I consistently experience racism from a largely Indian management chain - and I’m both a minority and female. I am constantly put down, quite publicly, by my management, when I have positive feedback from every account I’ve worked for. I only stay alive here because of accounts who support me. My mentor is a very senior and respected guy who sees the abuse from my management chain and has been trying to bring it forward. I just hope he is successful. I don’t hate IBM, rather I have had wonderful experiences working for accounts and clients. But I hate my discriminatory management chain who makes me feel less than human at times.
