My huge bug-bear with DXC (and CSC) was its cultural passion for endless 1hr ritualistic meetings for the sake of them. Managers could spend all day on a phone and achieve nothing. I remember trying to get 2 mins with a manager for a bid decision to be told: "I am back to back all day."
Many of these meetings could tie 10 people up for an hour just to 'go around the table'. It was pure nonsense; few agenda's or even a purpose other than someone thought it a good idea to 'get something into everyone's diary...oh and let's invite a,b and c'
I became convinced it was a way to promote a perception that they were invaluable and very busy, but hid a complete lack of productivity.
I moved to a culture where meetings are only held if a decision can't be achieved through email or a quick call. I find myself far more productive now to focus on clients, which is always more interesting than internal stuff.
