Stores will begin closing as soon as February with the more profitable stores throughout the spring or later.

It sounds like to me like they'll be out of business by the end of next year. I don't know how the other stores are doing but sales are bad to really poor here and getting to Christmas seems hopeful now.
Probably means downsizing large stores to smaller.
