Anybody has any ideas how will the failed merger between Albertsons and Rite Aid affect everybody? I'm personally hoping for the best, as we know there would have been layoffs on both sides had the acquisition gone through, but now I'm fearing the consequences of it not going through.
Anybody willing to venture a guess?
Does Albertsons/Safeway pay out vacation when we leave on our own???
Failed Merger? Let's talk about the millions of dollars that we will be losing because of the HUGE EEOC LAWSUIT that was released in May 2018. There will be a huge layoff at the Pheonix Corporate offices, Fact! It already started in the IT department! Now the real question is what Department is next? SMDH!
I guess it means that Cerebus won't make money off of us ? I think. What I'm suspecting is that when Cerbus merged Albertsons with Safeway is that they "straddle" the debt back to Albertsons so that the hedge fund managers could get a fat pay day.
So now that they didn't do this with Rite Aid, I guess that means we all wont be financing some jerks $11 million dollar home in New York.
