More layoffs are coming before September. It’s amazing how far this “company” has fallen.

Dallas campus here barely any leads..no drama just truth. Where are the leads? Why is our marketing so bad? Why havent we revamped image yet? Getting 1 or 2 workable leads a week. Wouldnt put it past them to fire the rest of tenured reps so they can hire a pile of $15/hr reps.
Theres no posting for 25 positions in SoCal so its a lie or theres a transfer of positions from upcoming layoffs meaning theres no new position its just a "shift" from one office to another. If its true post the job opening number..thanks
Why is So Cal hiring 25 new reps? I don’t get it. There doesn’t seem to be enough QUALITY leads to go around.
Wonder why America is no longer a leader in innovation, technology, manufacturing anymore? Its because of UOPX style management rampant amongst most big companies. 100 VPs 25 Mgrs to 30 reps. No interest in upgrading systems or doing whats best for customer. Paying off the politicos so everyone can claim UOPX is legit. Adding no value or sustenance to the community just tricking the gullible to fork over cash for nothing in return. America is Great again...lol!!! Hahahaha

The way managers and administrators speak in meetings, you'd think the business is booming. Oh, cutting resources again? People working more and more for less real compensation? No problem! All that is because we're so successful! You've to wonder if they believe their own kool-aid.
