Thread regarding Molina Healthcare Inc. layoffs

WageWorks/Conexis is THE WORST

Has anyone else had bad experiences with WageWorks (the employee benefits management vendor for Molina)? Molina used to be contracted with Delta Services and they were great. They knew what they were doing, understood the benefits and systems, were always kinda and patient. Every since Molina changed to WageWorks/Conexis, it's been awful. After having yet another horrible customer service call with them today, I looked them up on Consumer Affairs. What a laugh. "Top 343 Reviews of WageWorks". What a s&$t show! I'm sure WageWorks services come at a basement bargain price. They are awful. If you want to see how much Molina cares about it's employees....take a look at the hundreds of bad reviews for the benefits administrator they contracted with to manage your benefits. Great choice. All you had to do was Google the company and know how the employees would be treated by them. Thanks, Molina.

@U8n0Fsi-6ogg California. It IS happening. It is happening to me. WageWorks/Conexsis is the third party admin for COBRA for Molina employees.

Wage of Works only provides support with Flexible Spending Accounts. You have to call Anthem now since they don’t contract with Delta Health Systems Eff 1/1/2018.

I know.... but CEO, board, and the rest are just nickling staff to death. They don't care about staff or members, just their income!
