MI Swaco-Florence Kentucky

This place has turned absolutely toxic! I wonder if all manufacturing centers are this poorly managed.

Laughter laughter laughter all he can do.

Promotes what he understands and kill what he doesn't.

Just the here at SHTC Stonehouse in the U.K., very few people make a positive contribution and those who try are forced to jump through many hoops and hurdles of B/S that they eventually give up trying.

Still hugely heavy on managers with nothing to do but make other peoples lives a total misery.

Most shop floor staff will lose their jobs as the transition of work to China continues at an ever quickening pace, the Battery plant and building A lower grade staff will be greatly reduced over the next 12-14 months, leaving only the useless managers left.

They abuse the 5S system to extreme level. Nobody no sht, they put everything on cmm just to get a nice paper report. They even out a .25 diameter, 5 inch lenght on cmm to check. Waste all milion dollar .

Absolutely accurate.

Schlumberger cannot manufacture anything. They rely on bought in technology which they do not understand.

The over-abundance of mangers manipulate the figures to their advantage for their unbelievably high bonuses and then they blame shopfloor staff for every quality defect and missed delivery date.

One day the endemic manipulation of figures and blanket blaming of lower grade staff (think 'accountability') will be noticed by the higher management, especially as the sales seem to be floundering like a harpooned whale.

Schlumberger should take notice of the Brits in Rolls Royce engines where they are making 5000 middle managers redundant by the end of 18. If they can work out the obvious then so can we!

Wonder no more buddy. They are all poorly managed by monkeys with no integrity or accountability, just the will to bypass all rules to get their bonus and blame the problems on their hourly staff.
