Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

DXC in despair

Nobody is wiling to join DXC for the low wages that they expected to hire.

Indian folks are also leaving the company in droves, with low wages, monkeys are being hired, similar to office boy roles with little or no skills just to fill in positions.

Top management worldwide is raking in the 'moolah' with huge salaries and sky high bonuses while the worker is being asked to leave citing under-performance.

So many layers of management and lack of technical teams, rather too many process teams that make it difficult to move just about anything forward, especially when the customer is in a hurry.

Reporting teams, capacity teams, portal teams, monitoring teams, ticket assignment teams, availability teams, data management teams, are just sitting doing nothing but the hardworking worker is asked to work harder..

I left in the first year of DXCs existence, so I don't put it on my CV - at least people knew who HPE were.

@2wel it's not always that simple. People, even unhappy people, stay for various reasons. Some are eligible for lucrative packages, for some working from home suits their circumstances and are willing to put up with the general madness. Some of course will simply be unable to get another job.

All the people on here just moan and whine about how terrible and awful DXC is. If you aspirations are to work for such a cr@ppy company then you should be happy! If they are not, then what the hell are you still doing there?
