WS has been laying off people since they started, too many to count. At this point there isn’t a person in Telecom that doesn’t know how sh-tty they treat their employees, been on the receiving end first hand or know someone that has been crapped on by them. I wish the best for anyone left there or who is stupid enough (haha read the company distro email snafu thread) to apply there. Don’t kid yourself, scr-wing people over is what they do.

We rarely play both the long and short side on the same stock.
Uniti Group was where we went long into extreme pessimism.
Interestingly, as fundamentals continued to deteriorate, the stock went vertical presenting a short opportunity.

Haha every moron who responded to that thread should be terminated for stupidity. Windstream had a sh--ty rep before the layoffs (for support). Now - all those pissed off people working as WS customers or competition share their experiences which further ruin WS credibility. Just like global cap is the butt end of jokes..or xo.. or cinn bell.
I feel like my direct manager is a good person. She works hard and is just dealing with the crap that senior leadership has been dealing out. Where I want to vent my frustration is our leadership under TT. Bad choices and poor management has really lowered morale. We lost and continue to lose great people who have dedicated decades of experience to this company. It is sad. I love my fellow coworkers at Windstream, we all deserve better.
