I'm just really, really tired of waiting to find out what's going to happen to leads. Can we get it over with already?
It's been weeks of speculation and anticipation already. If the positions are being cut, they are being cut. Just tell us already, for goodness sake!
The pressure is overwhelming but great for a resume....
Who would even want to be promoted to a lead or ASM during this downward spiral of the company......may as well walk around with a big bullseye target on your back as every problem is blamed on them or shoved to them to handle.....I have seen some ASM's and Store Managers end up in the hospital over the years from all the stress placed on them from district and regional management.
We hired an electronics lead three years ago and he worked for two months and they eliminated his position.
They hired a lead at our store .. why wd he hire in at a dying company
Staffing levels are rediculous except management..seems we always have 4 or 5 on any given day
