Does anyone have any information about the cash office pilots? Was severance offered to any of those associates who are already going through the transition?
The whole pilot is currently on the wire, but of course they don't have every little detail. Any information you have will be greatly appreciated.
The only way the pilot will be successful is to make full time C/O the opening csm permanently. So many issues that C/O fixes caused by the CSM and cashiers it's ridiculous.
Not surprised if in fact it's been halted. The full time accounting associate has complete knowledge of the recycler and how to run the cash office properly. Home office needs to make the full time accounting associate a csm to manage the office to ensure its being done properly.
