So turns out shifts got a royal . We were promised an increase of 2% per year of service up to 5years or the 16.50 cap. Turns out all of received 15.50 across the board and a lump sum. DM is being quiet about it and is not even talking to store managers about it. Turns out that 15.50 is also the new cap and not the 16.50 we were promised. There is rumors flying that a lawsuit is being discussed, but that just seems like BS stirred by disgruntled employees. Has anyone else seen this at their stores?

I am tired of listening to people on this dot com complain about their wages. If you do not like what you make in your marketplace, then quit, and find something else that pays more. Just quit whining about it. And, I have made comments about CVS, on this website from day one.
That is on your DL or RD for not delivering the changes correctly according to your particular market and each individual's current rate. Shifts do not just get adjusted to the cap. There's a formula
No I haven’t been $13 since 2012. The point is we were all told and guaranteed $16.50. That didn’t happen and now everyone involved seems to be backpedaling on the subject and denying it was ever f---ing mentioned.
You probably got bumped to the minimum of $13.00, then given 10% which would have you at $14.30 then your boss could only get you a 4% merit on that so that would put you at $14.87.
Pretty good for a shift. Considering a month ago they were lucky to start out at $10
I never got that 15.50. I am under that. 8 years
My shifts capped at $16.50, your market may be different.
Time to get your own leverage...unionize!
Do you realize how much the company is saving long term by capping? Figure out the math. The raises are not some benevolent act, it's smart! Leverage
Pay scales are all gonna differ by market
