@ram that was me. No retention pkg, just more crap.
None. We’ve been offering QCOM Austin. Only hold is RSUs unvested.
I was inside the 8th floor restroom when I heard a knock. The guy in the next stall yelled out "HERE". Im guessing managemt was giving him a retention package.
$5 Dolla for Everything, Everything.
My guess is none since people are leaving left and right. Two in the past week.
Austin management has no clue. Low pay compared to what is available, low morale, too much work. I predict another mass exodus after this year’s “bonus” screws us over again.
