More delayed sales fluff before 2Q 2018 numbers. Understand, IBM isn't seeing all this money up-front ... lets see if they deliver on all the completion milestones successfully.
What is the over/ under on this one before the contract is terminated and the lawsuit begins? My bet is 38 months...
After reading the below article, it surely sounds like the Australian government did not learn their lesson.

Certainly not dead, but slowly dying to be certain. Lots of marketing and PR to keep bolstering the stock pirice. Much of it fabricated. Right now just managing cash flow with no growth, sad for such a storied company.
And soon after there will be an article on how IBM failed at delivering on this project.
When you break it down there will be 10 managers assigned to this project for every 1 real worker, and then when it fails they will blame the 3 guys who just could not get it done in time.
They will be let go, and IBM will use them as scapegoats to the customer and ask for more time. Never ending IBM BS.
I was wondering the same thing, after all the bad press they got there following all these failed projects.
But on the other hand, this shows you that IBM is far from being a dead company. For a lot of companies or customers the IBM name still means something.
