Another stupid thing GE does it rotates these interns that never had any management skills and never built a locomtive and when they start to learn they are moved on.They used to take workers from the floor and offer them bosses jobs.

The Leadership Program that only accepted people right out of school and below an age of 35 is what put GE on the Death by EGO path.
