Agree. if you have something to say say it at company review sites. At least you will be protected by their law to keep you anonymous although you are not in reality but that will help you in court case.
You're an idiot. Do you have any idea how the Internet works? Probably not if you work at Dell EMC...
Post ID: @TySnJq4-bma
You are too under skilled and way too political trying to save your job... Lol.... loser
Well, you're probably safest using your work computer logged into the VPN to post insider information. Lol such a ridiculous post.
And, who is privy to insider information that posts on this site ??? Maybe the problems at dellemc are much bigger than they appear to be. Post on esp if you have insider information... someone should plug the leak if posting insider info a problem... and if you're not management or came by the info second hand, nothing anyone can do about it anyway. Nice try. Post on people.
@TySnJq4-2hdh You have to observe it as an outsider, as a closed system it should be in a equilibrium otherwise the system will go out of balance and collapse, company is surviving for last 30 years, so the system knows the best process and methodologies to operate the business. apart from a manager you don't really need to worry about the well being of the organization. do your job, learn something, get the paycheck every month and take care of your family.
Still not happy? you won't get it anywhere my dear friend, it is inside you,
even Tell Dell is not anonymous. A manager is busy getting rid of a minion that tells on him as we speak.
CAREFUL how you spell.
I've never seen anything posted on here that Dell management would give a hoot about.
FWIW - "the burden of 'beyond a reasonable doubt' " would only apply in a criminal proceeding.
Most civil actions only require a "preponderance of evidence", a much lower standard.
"I'm not a lawyer, and I don't play one on TV either"
Analyzing corporate email only works for dummies still employed there and having an email account. That type of "evidence" is not sufficient without some form of physical evidence linking the suspect to the post like an IP trace to the point of origin. Circumstantial evidence does not satisfy the burden of 'beyond a reasonable doubt' in a court of law.
you are very irritating, that is why they laid off you mule head @TySnJq4-cva
there is no need to use a VPN with a tor browser, make sure to disable javascripts in tor to access this site. but it easy to pinpoint those by analyzing the company mail boxes with the posts here. the way you write, framing a sentence etc, there will be a fingerprint you left without knowing about it.
So don't make an assumption as hiding the IP will make you anonymous and can write any nonsense in public.
Use a VPN with a tor browser and it is unlikely they can ever trace you.
Yeah, nice try, posters can be traced but it would take a court order to get the hosting company to turn over the info. Even then if the person posting is doing it from a public wifi hotspot then good luck finding the source.
I believe you would need something a lot more substantial than an anonymous intetnet posting to convince a judge to issue a warrant to get the information. Unless the poster is dumb enough to connect through their work computer via the corporate network tracking them down is highly unlikely. If anyone does post from inside the corporate firewall, well you deserve whatever happens for being a dumb a$$.
To everyone who expose bad employees, please continue to post here as long as it’s truth.
Dell should trace me and give me gold/platinum award for all the information., in fact my evil manager and my highly corrupted team lead deprived me for one of silver awards for big group that I should have received at NDC, instead my name is not put intentionally in portal and I never received one. That’s how bad managers and leads are at NDC and then I got laid off as they are protecting their jobs. Mr. Dell how could you loose your top performer.
It’s something a big company can never figure it out and I should be paid for my service.
Company is not interested in ‘positive’. Only negative posts get noticed. Thus your reply, Einstein.
Every thing comes with a price, a beg and dare isn't good enough.
Post something sensitive to company and your wish will be granted.
Please trace me. I beg you. I dare you. Please. I welcome you.
