Why do we still have LTS’s? That role is a shadow of what it used to be. We all know our tech platforms now. And LTS hasn’t helped me sell a thing since 2012, but they sure are getting paid on everything I win in my terriotory .

LTS don't know any more than the reps in terms of tech these days. It's sad and someone finally caught on. They'll all be in the support/customer service group soon. Pearson's technologies are beyond outdated and they just keep trying to put on band-aids.
eCollege may have been the worst investment of all time. Total cost: a BILLION, yes with a B, dollars. Unreal.
I heard REVEL is being canned. Pearson had 2 decades to find the next big thing after MML, they have s**t the bed and lost all of the $$ from the huge MML surplus along the way.
MyLabs for social sciences was a poor investment. The lack of updates for MyLabs products is pathetic. Pearson is a legacy company and has no idea how to function in the 21st century where everything is mobile first. Revel is the only product that almost gets it right. Education as a whole is comprised of old duds like Pearson and the the old duds who refuse to change and modernize(professors, educators). Happily exiting this failing enterprise that consistently makes failed business decisions.
Have fun selling crap and being paid the same!
Actual tech? Revel was one of the worst investments (there were many) Pearson ever made.
HSS sold tech first without an LTS for over 2 years... I doubt they will need much help. Are you referring to outdated 90s MyLab tech? Or actual tech that is mobile first duh as Revel?
Rather than rep blaming- perhaps you could focus on the missteps and disorganization that management has created. Shuffling around reps and positions can’t solve Pearson’s issues. The company will slowly dwindle to nothing or be sold off in parts as it has been doing for years.
All these HSSL reps that are selling tech might need one now. This will be a huge wake up call to most of them.
