I think some people confuse salary with compensation. People have made total compensation at $146k but salaries are not that high. Unless that Person is a VP of Creative or efficacy or some other made up group..

Wrong. Plenty of salespeople have made that much and significantly more at Pearson. Perhaps you're not very good at your job.
