I keep hearing that the layoff will be June 20th 2018 .. over 1200 ppl. I’m ready .

6/26 is the date I've heard
Heard the 6/20 layoff was delayed, but only by a few days. Also, it sounds like it may happen on different days depending on location and number of people laid off in each building.

June's not over yet.....
My uncle, who also works at DST, said the layoff is moved again. No further information is available at this time.

As usual no one seems 100 percent sound on the date. Could be this could be that could be all of the above. Heard the 20th heard the 22nd heard the 25th. Who knows at this point. Everyone seems sooo certain its happening by the end of June. Just be ready for anything who knows at this point....great mind playing dst ssnc.....good grief....
True, at least DST provided some communication to BF. Even though it was nothing substantial they at least made an effort. SS&Cs utter lack of communication about anything is unnerving to all.
Look. Just expect anything these next few weeks. Everyone is fair game. Going to be a sh!tty month morale wise across the board for everyone. Already has been so far since the take over....

Last year DST/BFDS jointly communicated that no layoffs were planned and 3 weeks later on June 21st a number of people were part of a "workforce reduction".
If you have been with DST or any other company during layoffs you know that they will not discuss anything about a layoff, time or numbers before they execute on the layoff.
Only thing consistent here on this site is the numbers in terms of number of people, 1200. Is either going to be a black friday on the 22nd or black monday on the 25th would be my guess. Still amazed that there has been very little communication from ssnc to the rest of us till this point. But would bet sometime during the last two weeks of June.
No communication at all since the acquisition is how this crap gets started, not that the Execs give a rats backside, they just as soon let it continue.
That's "hilarious"....."nice job" for which ever smartass vp thought of potentially doing layoffs on world productive day.....if true that is...will have a dramatic opposite effect...
