WV Landmen were all cut last week.
B H P did the same thing with their layoffs that were only 20-25% in 2016. Effectively announced them in 2015 and did not happen until the following March. Killer for morale and getting anything worthwhile done.
Perfect example of of how unqualified the management team is to run a company. Why prolong this? Should have been today. Morale is in the cra&&er! Just give us our severance and both parties will move on! Likely taking a while to spin up a CEO message that doesn’t totally contradict the “it won’t happen again on my watch”. They’re stuck!

shaking as I write this. just came from my boss office to tell him i need to take my daughter to a dental appointment on monday. he was ashen and deer in the headlights. could see his monitor and know why. updated org chart effective tomorrow and staff of 6 now 3 and i was not on org chart. unbelievable and what next for my family
