Increment was best for managers and worst for engineers.

During KK's rule we used to get better salary hikes.

It was the worst ever increment. All the other reviews are fake. Ask any one in Pune, no one got above 10%. Avaya doesn't want to spend on existing employees. They clearly want them to leave and it's evident after getting such low increments.
Perfect time to leave. Look out or after Aug Sept you will be definitely fired.
What is AIP
14% hike for HRC and AIP 100%. This was good after a long time.
11% hike With 100% AIP
