It was the worst ever increment. All the other reviews are fake. Ask any one in Pune, no one got above 10%. Avaya doesn't want to spend on existing employees. They clearly want them to leave and it's evident after getting such low increments.

Perfect time to leave. Look out or after Aug Sept you will be definitely fired.
