Sinai Health System in Chicago has laid-off well over 100 people since the beginning of 2017. They've kept each wave of layoffs at 24, just under the threshold of 25 that requires reporting to the Illinois Department of Employment Security, in order to skirt the law.

Staff reductions are ongoing. I've been looking for new positions elsewhere. I can't keep putting up with the chaos and uncertainty. The stress is just too much.
I can't understand why they hire people then lay them off within a year. There's no planning. The place is chaos. So glad I got out of there.
They spew lies about the "Sinai family" and then dump loyal employees like trash.
Most definitely no job security at any Sinai Health System locations. Constant gloom and doom!
