Consolidating 3rd Food Sales Associate with Overnight Stocker. Eliminating Overnight Fresh Cleaner. Cap 2 will do all stocking but Grocery, 3rd Shift will take that. There's more but that's all that the person would say. Anyone hear anything more... There's Mandatory Market conference calls tomorrow for Store Managers

For anyone looking for info, this thread breaks down a lot of the roles and responsibilities.

fresh cap? please! most idiotic crap I've heard in a while.
I work in meat dept and just got a call at home about coming in on my day off to talk to our store manager about a restructure. Wouldn't give any details over the phone. I asked if it would affect the future of my job or if I would have a job at all and they said they couldn't tell me.
Any photos of the talking points or can someone list them
can some get a picture of the talking points for me please
supports will end up like the cos
Any word on exactly what all the changes are?
Cap 2 updated and Fresh cap structure creation
@3siq care to elaborate
At least 2 major changes are among us.
It’s definitely true. We had the meeting today with my SM. Not a lot of info yet, but talking points and other info will be on the wire tomorrow.
How are these changes not huge? To all who say they arent its a complete reversal for cap 2. A comete redo for how fresh ia ran and the removal of a support spot. If its all to be beleived thats big to me.
Fresh side is switching to teams. Fresh Cap 1&2 and Fresh Production team. Food Support going away. Bakery/Deli DM combining.
Seems pretty minor for mandatory mm meetings at h.o. And mandatory sm conference calls. I’ll bet this is just the tip of the iceberg. H. O. has already told some that changes are coming , in July, regarding gss and that sept is set up for more big changes. Change is necessary in every company but the secrecy is just so much bs. Just tell us so we can make plans.
@ 1uub My local WM, which I now visit, maybe once a month now, has no one to stock shelves right now. The cereal and frozen foods aisle are usually decimated and empty. So I'd see no difference.
Who is going to stock the shelves?
These changes do not seem like much. Did the "more" sound more interesting than that?
