Haha. I did the disastrous act of volunteering for a non-profit and marching on Capital Hill to support research funding for certain disabilities. It isn't so much what I did but that prospective employers will know details about my medical condition if they google me. This may leave them with the perception that I will miss a lot of work, increase insurance premiums, etc. Companies say they don't discriminate, but if they have an equally qualified candidate, I believe they will pick the lower risk. They don't owe me an explanation for turning me down. And for the record, my attendance is better than my healthier co-workers'.

Christ, lady, what did you do exactly?

I am a woman with a disability who is being laid off due to a building closing. I will have a hard time finding work because I have done activism work for my disability. If potential employers google me, they will see it all. I never hid who I am. I shouldn't have to. I also won't have health benefits. IMHO, that negates the diversity points for Margo. Disclaimer: I am definitely not saying I am entitled to anything more because of my health issues.

But Mgo is a woman (I think) so that brings diversity points. Easily worth an extra $10 mil.

I'll do the job for 11M with no bones, save jobs, and bring exciting new products to shelf like Dion-Gator.

The first few things I would do is give each deportment an equal voice and pay scale. Work more with invented community. Develop way more internal IP. Build a strong blue sky program with experienced designers & enginerd. Less process. Less meetings and meetings about meetings.

She negotiated a wonderful deal for herself to lay off hundreds of employees in exchange for her millions. She is a horrible person with no conscience. She never belonged in a company that caters to children. She is sick.

The fact that they tried a hailmary picking Mgo is kind of understandable. Obviously it didn't pan out, but paying her that much is just... I don't even know, I'm speechless. Apparently her negotiation skills are much stronger than her leadership skills? Anyone who approved that salary while simultaneously planning on shutting down offices and laying off employees should be ashamed.

EVERY member of the BoD who were responsible for the Executive Search that brought in MGO should be removed immediately. There is no excuse for their incompetence.
