I discovered another store manager with less experience and less education working at a store doing nearly the same amount of sales as my store makes about $10K more a year base salary (not including bonus) than me and I am irate. Will the store manager salaries be reviewed this summer as well or just hourly employees? It’s b---s---.

Any Florida store managers on here? What’s the range? 85K??????
I’m at 87k in CA
In California market many managers make 100 base. I’m 6 years in making 96 base, but I took 6 stores to get there.
The problem with pay should never be the guy making more then you needs to make less. It should be you bargaining for more if you know your comparative worth and know what the range is. Staying in your store won’t get you much more then the average yearly raises. You’ll have to take on bigger challenges for more money.
You can get mad all you want, they ain't gonna raise your pay. This is CVS where you are rewarded for running low volume stores, if you play their games.
They are not going to adjust managers pay , if anything they will change managers titles to get some of that money back!
Any help here would be nice.

There’s no rhyme or reason really. I know in my district it ranges from 42-75 (northeast) and I doubt there’s any plans to change. I’ve heard about about SMs making 100 but never met one that admitted it.
You accepted the job, you can try to ask for a raise but unless you’re a superstar, you probably aren’t getting jack.
There are a decent amount of managers in the NY/NJ/PA area that make almost 100k without bonus. I haven't heard anything about them adjusting SM pay unfortunately.
