Would be nice if SS&C would take a look at what DST purchased before making any decisions. Current DST management has no respect for former BFDS employees. They have no idea what the BFDS business was, and are dismissing all of the good work that was done because it isn't a tangible product. The "product" was providing services, not selling software. Hello? How is this so hard to comprehend?

The clients can also find other software but how many will change to another software. They are entrenched with DST. If you don’t like it you can try the others... oh wait ss&c bought them too.
I agree. More RIF coming. They said 40 is what they want so its a combination of rifs and cost controls to get to 40. Cut until they see progress.
It seems that given Mr. Stone’s directive that an acquired company get to 40% profit margin within two years, then major RIFs will come first, understanding later, when clients are further alienated.
