Dell got it right to some extent in NDC, still lot of evil employees have jobs.
It’s not how good you are, it’s how you play and who you knew. Lot more cleanup is needed.

There was no layoff in BDC and it's party time.
Hopefully there will be another layoffs or pip at NDC. Some people got protected by moving groups as they are close to directors.
If Dell wants to succeed with new road map then they should look into these illegal things more closely. I will let executives know about this.
Just prepare the next inevitable round of layoffs
I was tense yesterday. I finally survived and wasn't laid off. It was such a relief and I drank to this good fortune. I drank and drank. I have such an hangover now that I am wishing I should have been laid off.
