The second floor of the Legget Drive office is to be sublet to Innovapost. They will take 3 months to renovate before moving in.
Innovapost is taking the entire second floor including the customer visit center, so that they can come in the front and go upstairs directly to their area.
They did not know whether they would be given access to the cafeteria but it was under discussion.
There is also some talk of converting the fire stairs at the back to be an employee entrance/exit to the second floor, so that they can park in the back and enter directly.
When the group moved to this site from the old Nortel buildings, it was almost full with plans for expansion and lease provisions to take over more of the building once the other tenant's lease expired. Things changed very quickly! I don't know how many Avaya people are still in the building but I would guess less than 50.
