Windstream to offer $18M in shares via Citi
Windstream Holdings (NASDAQ:WIN) -- down 3.9% in some light Friday postmarket action -- has filed to offer $18M in shares via Citigroup Global Markets.It intends to use proceeds for general purposes "including, without limitation, the acquisition of companies or businesses and additional contributions to the Windstream Pension Plan."Shares fell by double digits earlier this week on word that the company was seeking a credit.
