After laying off 500 employees in India environment is not good here. People are leaving the company in insecurity. Strong feeling of laying off more guys in India.

Sorry to learn that. Here in the U.S layoffs are becoming more likely. L3 management took over the CentryLink team due to incompetence. Unfututnaly, upper CenturyLink management receive generous packages as they exit and the front line employees are out to fend for themselvess. Tell your coworkers there a lot more companies that treat there employees far much better than CenturyLink. Loyalty is a thing of the past nowadays.
