NDC is in Survival Mode

I can see what Dell NDC storage is doing.

They are in truce with MDC, Hopkinton and with some connections in Round Rock at the same time throwing BDC under (sic) bus.

Yes, of course BDC is incompetent and NDC is equally worst for lot higher wages.NDC claims to support EqualLogic, Compellent and some non significant work on cyclone, QA org is a joke.

But very interesting to see how they can get away doing nothing for many years. Dell executives has to see what really is going on, if anyone really understands it, it's a case study and wicked awesome.

It’s height of mismanagement at NDC. Look at K A, 6 silver awards doing nothing for 7 years.

this happens all the time. the same person gets to be a big part of a project in exec roadmap then move on when it starts to turn to sh-- from mismanagement to another new big projects. Funny thing is everyone knows this but they still say good job this person is magnificent the best i have met "please bring me with you"

It’s matrix management in NDC, so he moved to a different project to save his job and his manager was laid off from all the information he revealed about her. Classic NDC QA.

Layoff survival at Dell is all about who you know and doing politics. At NDC a qa guy jumped from compellent to cyclone and his job is safe.

OP is clueless (and bitter). Layoffs were done based on the new Storage roadmap and the new budgets to support it. If you were laid off, well then it's probably due to working on a product not in the new roadmap.
